Question Help w/ Supplements Please

After searching for a couple of days days with no luck I have decided to turn to the "forum" I need to know if I am taking my supplements correctly, so here is what I have going currently.

In the morning I take 1 BCAA pill, 1 Fish Oil Pill, 1 multivitamin & 1 scoop of whey. Then before I leave the house I eat a bowl of oatmeal with 1 scoop of Muscle Milk (for flavor)

Before lunch I pop another BCAA pill, then eat my lunch a little while later then pop another fish oil pill. then around 2 hours later I take 2 scoops of NO-Xpolde and hit the gym with in 30min.

When I get home I pop another BCAA pill & multivitamin, then drink a serving of Cellmass and wait a little bit and drink a whey shake (2 scoops)

I eat dinner then before bed I drink another serving of cellmass and a Muscle Milk shake (2 scoops)

I'll add that I drink water all day long and my diet is pretty clean.

I would like to know if the way/timing that I am taking my supplements is o.k. or should I be doing something different?

I would think that you are better off using your BCAAs solely around your workout. What I mean is that most people take their BCAAs right before during and after their workout. I try and take 5-6 grams right before, 5-6 grams during and 5-6 grams after my workout. I think this is pretty standard.
As far as the amount of BCAA, I have read some fairly reputable people give their opinion. The amount is going to depend on your bodyweight. Also a lot of people only take BCAA on their workout days. The only exception is if people are cutting, or just having a hard time recovering.

I think you are fine with when you are taking your multi and fish oil. Just make sure your preworkout and postworkout nutrition are on target. Go tp the nutrition section to learn about that.

Thanks I appreciate the help, I was also wondering if there was any problem with taking my protein shakes (1st whey then Muscle Milk) after I take cellmass?
