Help w/ Supplements Please
After searching for a couple of days days with no luck I have decided to turn to the "forum" I need to know if I am taking my supplements correctly, so here is what I have going currently.
In the morning I take 1 BCAA pill, 1 Fish Oil Pill, 1 multivitamin & 1 scoop of whey. Then before I leave the house I eat a bowl of oatmeal with 1 scoop of Muscle Milk (for flavor)
Before lunch I pop another BCAA pill, then eat my lunch a little while later then pop another fish oil pill. then around 2 hours later I take 2 scoops of NO-Xpolde and hit the gym with in 30min.
When I get home I pop another BCAA pill & multivitamin, then drink a serving of Cellmass and wait a little bit and drink a whey shake (2 scoops)
I eat dinner then before bed I drink another serving of cellmass and a Muscle Milk shake (2 scoops)
I'll add that I drink water all day long and my diet is pretty clean.
I would like to know if the way/timing that I am taking my supplements is o.k. or should I be doing something different?
