hurt shoulder, should i continue eating the same??

I recently hurt my collar bone and was considering taking a few days off of lifting to avoid further injury. Should i continue to eat the same foods and same caloric intake or lower it? i think i might be able to do some cardio still but not sure yet.

Better off to take more than just a few days off.
I'd recommend eating the same food. Maybe a few less carbs, but to minimise muscle loss, keep intaking the same protein.
