Is it recommended to eat the same food everyday?
I was wondering if you guys eat the same daily meals every single day, or do you guys like to mix it up everyday? I figured eating the same foods everyday (even if it meets all your protein/carbs/fat requirements) would be of great convenience, but I would like to know if this is not a good idea.
Thanks
Mike

i too wonder this. I know that it's easier to develop allergies to things if you eat them excessively and often.

It is absolutely critical that you never change what you eat. If you make the mistake of changing it, you must never change it back or never change it again. If you make the mistake of changing it again, you must never change it back or never change it again. So forth, so forth, and so forth.

Cutting right now, and yeah I eat the same thing everyday. Just makes it easier. Bulking, not so much. I still have staples, though.

its good to switch up your diet once in a while, otherwise your body gets too used to the same foods.
