Body Fat % low now..
I cant see my abs one bit, but when i flex i can see the tight stomach i got, been workin on this for about 2 weeks now, about 1k+ crunches a day. Any More suggestions? all i eat is salad, fruit, only calorie foods no fatty foods/drink:water... Anyone want to help?

1k Crunches are useless to an extent...
Try different exercises like Decline Crunches and Knee-pullups...
Also, the abdominal is like every other muscle and needs some time to recover, don't do these every day.
Eat lots of protein...I don't know how much protein your salads contain, but throw in some Tuna and Chicken for some much needed nutrients...
I could say more...but, you really should research proper dieting.

1k crunches a day. The hell with that.
Do some weighted crunches.
I haven't done a standard crunch in months.
And if all your eating is fruit and salad to keep your BF low, the hell with that too. Get some chicken in you. You're trying to build muscle as well as keeping the fat off.

Good thing you are doing 1000 crunches and eating only 'calorie' food though..

uh, what everyone else is saying, use some weight dont just condition your abs for like endurance ****, build them up in strength so they get bigger as well. and yeah EAT BOY EAT. andddd yeah i know what your talking about i have a similar problem, but i dont like doing abs a lot so i dont really care.
