grapefruit v grapefruit juice

i was wondering, i hate eating grapefruit. the juice is acceptable. i have some no added sugar pure gf with bits. how many glasses a day would i have to drink to get the fat loss benefits?

nothing is wrong with the pure gf juice....but one of the main benefits of eating the whole grapefruit is the nutrients that are found in the skin/inner peel and also the amount of fiber it contains...I think your best bet would just be to get a whole grapefruit and some splenda, and just eat it that way if the taste bothers you
