Ruby Red Grapefruit
Hey guys been reading on the many benefits of grapefruit so went out and got some . They are damn good sprinkled with a little stevia . They are suppose to be one of the best nutritional fruits available high in fiber , very low in cals etc. I am looking for some new ideas what I can do with these. ANd yes if you eat grapefruit after 7pm you will get fat LOL, Any receipes?
100grams
37 cals
9 carbs
2gs of fiber
Good stuff

A few weeks ago I bought some grapefruit at the store. One of them was almost as big as my head. The thing was huge. And delicious.

As long as it's not after 7:13 PM
Grapefruit is awesome. Great breakfast food, in my opinion.

i used to have this a long time ago when i was a kid. im not exactly sure whats done to the grapefruit but i think it goes something like this.
cut grapefruit in halves
put like some syrup/butter on it
sprinkle with cinnamon
put on a broiling pan for a few mins
sprinkle with raisens
very gooooood. obviously you would use SF syrup and FF butter or something. im about to go make some right now. let me know if it comes out good.

He still is one of the most anal, though his previous anal retentiveness was based on false information about fruit etc.
Grapefruit rule, I'm definitely going to be eating more now that they're in season.

It's actually the cuticle that is sour, if peeled away they are actually quite sweet. Unfortunately this removes most of their fiber and some of their P450 inhibiting properties for which they are so highly touted in supplementation/bodybuilding.
