Grapefruit and superdrol??
started my SD cycle after doing alot of reading, and at some point, I think read someone mention that grapefruit juice helps the uptake/absorption of SD. is this true, if so are you guys taking your SD with food or just the grapefruit before workouts?

Grapefruit juice does in fact increase the amount of any supp or medication(this is potentially dangerous BTW) that makes into your bloodstream by decreasing the amount destroyed by enzymes. You could also get some DHB which is made from grapefruit for this purpose.

Thanks bro for pointing that out. I was unaware of the potential problems with RYR and enzyme inhibitors. After reading that thread it is deffinetly not wise to use the two similtaniously.
