Baked lays... baked cheetoes, etc

Hey guys, I'm currently cutting/recomping with a lifestyle cut diet-esque sort of diet. Basically, I have small carb meals in the mornings and around workout and the rest of the day is fats and protein and fibrous veggies if possible. Would it that detrimental to substitute oats for some baked lays every now and then? I love these baked lays, and if every now and then I eat them (fit into macros), I'll feel less needy for a cheat meal.

Are baked lays and baked cheetoes really that terrible for you?

i don't see why that would be an issue...

you might even want to jack the calories a little higher to keep your metabolism going...nothing to serious, but enjoy once/week.

they still arent exactly comlex because theyre made with white flour, which has a higher GI than whole grain ****.. but the fact that theyre baked is much better than non-baked.. if you're going to eat chips, definately go with teh baked.. i LOVE eating chips and salsa, and when i decide to go for it, i feel no problem eating them as long as they are baked
