Cheating and more cheating!
i cheated for a day and i wrote about it! felt like crap and piged out on a lot of food. got back to 2days of super clean then cheated again (vomited 80%of what i ate and got some serious toilet issues:S) then got back on track, yesterday i piged out again but on clean food(rice,salmon) and ended it up with some peanut butter and chocolate! Felt like crap! so in short i cheated for 3-4days mainly on PB and some chocolate. today at the gym i was full of power and all my muscles were super pumped, kinda liked the feeling and i think ill be switchin to clean bulking next week! just wanted to write what was happening with me!
i am SCARED of loosing my 6packs and that low body fat levels so any opinions how to maintain the lowest BF levels on a bulk??
thx a lot! (ill just add around 500 calories above my maintenance mainly ill be adding 200calories more for my breakfast and 250-300 calories for my pwo meal).

That's what you get for not cheating for years :P.
You'll be alright man, you have the dedication required to get back on track, I wouldn't worry about it. Last night I ate just ONE spoonful of jam and felt extremely guilty

lol you guys are crazy. are you competing for a contest or somthin, one spoonful of jam? i ate a whole pizza and a pint of ben and jerrys on friday and my six hasnt changed. youll be fine

lol, that's what my mum said: that's what u get for not eating junk and chocolate for years.
anyways i am thinking of bulking a little bit now  upped a bit my calories but i feel bloated all the time,dunno why:S its geting annoying!

If you are scared to death of putting on fat on a clean bulk, only go 300 cals above maintenance. 500 cals above maintenance is a lot of fat, because you won't be putting on a pound of muscle per week!

Oh I know!!
I have been good for awhile now so I was planning on going to Buffalo Wild wings this weekend to watch the UFC fight and down a "few" beers. BAD NEWS as I was putting my son in the car seat, set my wallet on top of the suv and drove off like a dumbass!! No ID = no beer. My wife thinks that is why I am upset but I am worried about that identity theft ****.
