That's right.
Between Monday and Friday of this week - I dropped 2 full pant sizes! I jhad to punch a new hole in my belt and it is about 6" from the last hole on the belt that I was wearing on Monday.
You can not imagine how much I love Keto!
So what did I do?
I ate nothing but fried eggs this week. I did a carb up tonight. (Went and saw Paul Di'Anno , the original singer from Iron Maiden playing a local club, and I had 6 beers.)
Now, tomorrow - I'm drinking a few beers cause it is Superbowl Sunday, but I'm only going to eat keto tomorrow so I don't do as much "damage", but Monday morning - I'm back on it, full blast!

awesome work man.
I am eating 14 eggs a day and 7 cheese sticks a day since mid Dec.
Havent had carbs since mid Nov.
I went from 38 to 34s on my first cut, then bulked again staying at 34, then cut got down to 32s, bulked stayed at 32s, cutting now and can fit in 30s now
not getting any lower now due to hips, but 30-32s is fine by me!!

I ate 8 to 12 eggs per day.
Actually, I love eggs, but whenever I wanted something else, I'd just spice them up. Like, I put Taco Bell Hot Taco sauce on them. If you put enough on, that is all you will taste.

Just started back on it yesterday. I had a nice 2 month bout with a sinus and respiratory infection that triggered my bronchitis. Sooo, my doctor told me ixnay on the dieting - he said wait until afterward because that my attempting to do this might mess with the medicines they had me on. So now i am over it all, and I am right back on it.
Trust me, sometimes I completely loathe eggs, but that is a good thing - because if I am not doing a low carb diet - I am literally like an eating machine and all I think about is food.... it completely sucks. For me, the best part of low carbing is I am NEVER hungry.
