I went out & bought two rotisserie chickens, peeled them & made chicken salad.. no mayo unfortunately but plenty of boiled egg whites, celery, carrots, olives, EVO oil , bell peppers, cucumbers, onion & lemon juice. Put that joint in a wheat tortilla. My tummy is happy & I don't feel guilty. I would have felt guilty if I had delicious spicy chicken sanggwiches..
Bulgarian split squats.. good link.. will rape... never tried those.. tonight is a leg day.. Will try. Though I just do walking lunges for 50 steps til I'm about to keel over so we'll see how effective those split squats are.R 1 35

I do 3 sets of 30 steps (yards) of weighted walking lunges on my hypertrophy day I'm hoping to do 40 yards soon.
Also not sure if you are aware yet, but plain greek yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream
