How is it that you are burning so many calories? Do you bulk on 7,000?

LOL we're gonna haveta start calling you Squeazilla! Heehee playing musical couches! I dunno, I'm thinking I can just enter a custom "meal" and make it my entire day's food, like a 3kcal meal and just plug in all the numbers?
5k steps a day, wut?! I've been counting my steps when I walk somewhere, like car to work building or whatnot, it's a couple hundred easy each time you do that. Adds up when you're walking around your house, yard, work, shopping, etc. Man people are lazy!!! I remember my mom used to walk up there and we would walk together when I was little, it was fun on nice days like that. See THIS is why people have all these injuries yet they do nothing (brb my back/knees are shot yet I can't even squat the bar or curl 10lbs.) They never use their body for real exercise like it was intended for. It's like having a car and letting it sit in the garage for 6 months. Damn the Walmart deli scares the shiz outta me, I am the smallest person there by like 100lbs every time srs. Those people get friggin upset too if their salami is not sliced to a perfect degree of thinness, when they get angry I get the hell outta there. There were a bunch of drunken larger individuals waddling around there after the Browns game once, man I thought there was gonna be a riot.
x2
Gotcha I love oatmeal/pb/almond butter soooo much so I can always mix that together if I'm missing a few cals. Sat here yesterday night eating almond butter out of the jar with a butter knife, wasn't pretty.
Hmm, I lived like a half mile away (maybe) from the bus stop so it can't be too far. Out here the bus stops like every couple of blocks so it can't be more than a 10min walk no matter where you are. If I had groceries wth me I'd carry them on my back, and the car, yes I'd throw the car on my back and carry it too.

Oh come on, Drea ... you wouldn't want the after school McDonald's drive thru supersized snack to get cold, would you?
Hamazon cuts and bulks like no other!
Hammie has a new toy and giant display pics in here!!!
So .... dumb blonde Amazon question here .... what is this new toy supposed to tell you that you don't already know? Or is it just giving you an accurate account of what you think you already know. Seems complicated at firstCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Harty har har. (No I am not a pirate.)
Lulz
Lol at people who eat Mcdonalds regularily - Nutrition: You're doin it wrong. Well I was really curious what the actual numbers were. It has always blown my mind that I actually do lose weight when I eat 2500cals/day just throughout the normal part of the year and I am only at work a few hrs a day. I knew the numbers would be up more now (not THAT much though whoa) and wanted to make sure I really did burn what I thought I did and that I was truly getting exercise. I can see it coming in handy on Rest Days when I don't go to the gym and I'm only at work briefly, will encourage me to go out and run or something. And now that I see the actual numbers I am using it to brag about the awesomeness of the ham species, semi srs.
Today 4,400 cals and 24,000 steps - FEEL MY GLAZZZZZZE!Current PRs:

That made me laugh, too. Then your question made me fall over from laughing so hard and cringing at the same time.
Ham, I have been thinking about your food input dilemma and I may have a solution for you.
Open a myfitnesspal.com account and connect it to your body media account. (If I remember correctly you connect it via the body media site.)
In mfp, create a food (just don't share it) and put the pertinent info like calories and macros. Below that meal in the logged section, select meal tools or whatever. Select remember meal. Give it a title like #of cals and it's macros and save. From then on out, all you have to do is go to mfp, food, my meals, select whichever #cals and macros you need and boom! You should be done. I find that it takes mfp ~10 minutes to push its food data to your body media activity manager, so no worries if you activity manager doesn't update automatically. mfp also has an app for your phone.
I hope that work around is somewhat useful.Last edited by Redfizz; 12-01-2012 at 02:31 PM.

popping in to say hi since I've seen you in other journals. I have lots to catch up on in here though!!!
'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak
And when you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that *** out of you and get motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you want to just fall flat on your face and collapse.

Lulzy, I suppose I kinda do daily cardio at work and didn't realize it. Jokes on me every time I went to the gym to do 30min on da bike, like that did anything at all, meh.
Thank you Boomz, more mini fridges today, only went in for a few hrs though.
**Note on pg 176 convo again went to hairy ballz**
Bahhahaha, yes we are a strong people!
ZOMG that's a good idea, I'll try it! Repped!
Hahaha, hai H!
I am Ham and I am EVERYWHERE! (Often times I am hiding behind the broccoli trees bertstaring people and drinking my protein shake.)
It's not bad, went to work for a little bit this morning, came home, ate Chinese food, watched a movie, took a nap, and am now devouring an entire mini cheesecake of 1800 cals. Meh can't hurt, I weighed myself yesterday and was like 162 even, with clothes on. Need to lose wt slower than that. I'll weigh in tomorrow nekkid but I am supposed to be on track for 163.5, if it's a lot less I'm seriously gonna have to up my cals for the next few weeks. No lifting today cause I am exhausted and really don't wanna take a pwo at 9pm. THERE WILL BE EPIC LIFTING OF AWESOMENESS TOMORROW THOUGH! I'm hoping I can squeeze in a workout Mon too (working Saturdays catches us up enough so Mondays shouldn't be too bad.) Kinda sad I may not be able to go to LTF this month, unless I go on a Sunday but honestly right now I don't feel like driving all the way out there, 35min away.
Today's stats at 8:30 after very little work, a nap, and no gym:
Cals: 2,900
Steps: 13,000

Teeheehee! Hey guise I'm perplexed by this calorie burn thing. I slept til 11:30ish, sat on my ass on the computer and ate foodz, took a breif nap in my bed, turned on the washing machine, and sat here again and paid my bills online, yet I somehow burned 1400+cals thusfar at 4pm, isthisreallife.jpg, how the hell am I burning so many calories by doing nothing?? Also lost too much wt this week. I'm being 100% srs guise, I really did not realize how many cals I could potentially burn, it's kind of daunting. I'll be sure to pack extra food for work this week and keep eating throughout the day.
It's actually this sweet bakery bread where they are already baked in there, heat up the bread = make toast nom nom nom! Yeah I prob will slater on the pb now that you give me the idea haha.
It's a nice food to chase the fruit with, srs.
Drinking mah pwo, 300mg caffeine don't fail me now! Also I forgot to mention I am doing another Sponsored Log right now for AI's MANIAC!!! Here's the link, please pop in and say hello!

DL/BENCH PRESS DAY
SUPPS:
PRE: Maniac 3 scoops
INTRA: RecoverPro 2 scoops
POST: ON Protein 2 scoops, Con-Cret 2 scoops
LOCATION: Home gym
WARMUP:
-Knee/leg agility exercises
-Arm circles
BACK:
Sumo DL:
(double overhand, chalk)
135x12
165x8
195x8
225x5
225x5
*just worked on form, not a good day to DL after being in such a huge calorie deficit all week
CHEST:
Warmup:
-Cuban Press
-Arm Circles
Flat DB Bench Press:
(just using this to warm up shoulders before doing bb bench)
35s x 15
40s x 12
45s x 12
Flat BB Bench Press:
45x10
75x10
105x10
120x0 (went full potato and forgot to put a 10 plate on one side )
120x10
135x10*tied rep PR! (vid)
140x6*failed on 7th, most I've done since getting back to bb bench
140x6 (vid)
115x12*rep PR
135x10 last rep was a farking ovary buster I tell ya!
140x6 not bad, it's a starting point, still getting comfortable with the bb bench since I haven't done it in forever, still feels newb to me
RC WORK:
Standing Y/T/Ls with 5sec hold at top: 5lbs for 12, 12, 12
Int. Band Rotations (Red): 1x12
Ext. Band Rotations (Red): 1x15
Great workout! DL wasn't too good but I made up for it on my bp. I'm still working through some shoulder stability issues on bp and once I find a nice groove for that lift I should be able to put up some heavier weight. For the time being I'll stick to warming up a ton, then trying to do 135 for as many as I can, then sets of 140 for whatever I can do. Hopefully I can hit 140x10 pretty soon. Once I'm putting up 155 for reps I think I'll feel a lot more confident, just trying to take it slow and steady for now, happy I can bb bench again. Shoulders feel fine when I'm doing this and my pointer finger is like an inch into the rough part of the bar, very happy also to not have to bench with a crazy close grip. Icing shoulders now and will stretch over the next couple days to make sure they're good.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1
