Exclamation Are banana's and nuts good for cutting????

I was wondering if banana's and nuts(walnuts and almonds) are good for you when you are doing a cutting cycle. I ask because I have increase my banana's to about 4 a day since I am on melting point and are worried about cramps. should I cut down on them or am I ok with it. I also eat about a handful of nuts 2 to 3 times a day. thanks for the info.

You'd probably be better off switching out the banana for another fruit during a cut, but if it fits into your daily calories, than it should be ok. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out.

Definitely. I would go easy on the nuts since they are very calorie-dense but I have a hard time not having them.

Cool. I'd stay at 4 caps a day throughout. Don't worry, you still get plenty of TTA with 4 caps.
