Does anyone know where to get a fat free, sugar free, yogurt. I am almost more concerned about finding a sugar free one, which I haven't found yet. Best I have is dannon light and fit with 3f, 3c (sugar) and 5p. Which is not bad...

Yeah, I haven't seen any fat free, sugar free. I just buy the lowest sugar stuff, which doesn't have that much fat.

Going into White Castle...I see a nice HB 7 across the street. I whistle loud to get her attention. She turns around. I tell her "hey, come here, let me buy you a burger". She doesn't come. - CarlitoBrigante

Lactose in milk is largely broken down into glucose and galactose during the culturization process. Pectin, which is used in the production of most yogurt, IIRC to prevent spoilage, contains CHO as well although it is considered a fiber. I believe the best it's going to get is no sugar added.

greek yogurt owns all.
sugar is essential to the traditional yogurt making process... as supa freak said, it's needed for the culturization. go for no sugar added, yogurt is still a great addition to your diet.
all of those diet yogurts are garbage ... they seem like less sugar but in fact have just as much per serving (usually more) compared with plain yogurt, and usually have added artificial sweeteners for flavor.2007 INBF Long Island Experience:

i usually use the danon ligh n fit or a comprable type.
around here where i live, hy-vee sells their own brand that is my personal favorite, and the blue bunny stuff is not good at all.
those two companies are some what regional though so i dunno if they are available everywhere.minnesota vikings fan
