I've experienced better progress with girls after starting exercise routines. It may not be the best idea to base a long lasting relationship on it but just fooling around with girls for now is pretty fun.

I'd say that the girls who look for a relationship:
1 Looks (height,face, the way you dress,...)
2 Personality (sweet, douche, sexist,...)
3 Body/Money (ABS, BICEPS, Broad shoulders, ...)
when it's just for a one-time hookup they look for:
1 Money/Body
2 Look
3 (personality doesn't even matter here)
But I'm no expert, you should post this tread in the female bodybuilding section

People are more attracted to what's equal to them. A hot girl who takes care of her body and all is going to be more attracted to a guy who works out and has a good body. It's the reason hot people marry hot people, and uglier people marry uglier people.
I've even noticed it myself. Girls I used to think were hot before I started lifting, I think are ugly now. I got a lot more picky with girls.

Muscles will get you laid in some cases, it won't save a real relationship though. It's not worth BB just to get laid..you can get laid being skinny if you do it right.
