Where do you put this excersise on your split?

When done with proper form, it is a leg/hip dominant exercise and would best be served on a leg day (or on its own on a day far away from leg day).
The way most people bastardize it, it is a trap and rear delt exercise and it would be best served on a shoulder/traps day.-
