Sooo internet crashed on saturday , figured router got busted from the storm or something. Called isp on monday, got told router was busted had to drive for a hour to pick up a new one. **** still dont work.
Called isp and they tell me everything is fine, but there seems to be massive traffic going through (my internet still dont work). Monitor my bandwith and realise my puter is sending out traffic/spam to a gazillion diffrent ip's, basicly taking up every piece of bandwith I got.

Spend the next 10 hours finding out what virus etc. that I have on the puter and fix it. Finally got everything fixed and now my Internet explorer wont work, so gotta use firefox and have to redo all my favorite tabs etc. =(

Yup bulking, they help but im getting tired of sweet stuff. Got about 6kg's worth of christmas cookies n stuff (about 14lbs) haha.

Just waiting on this stoopid water retention to stabilize now so I can track it easier, think most of the water must have gone to my chest since it's nearly grown 2 inches in 3 weeks, boobs getting big (in a good way, no fat there yet) Test levels gone back up it seems atleast much to the wife's annoyance think it crashed a bit during the last stages of cut , went a bit overboard on deficit and low fat diet.

Yup, my fantastic baking has already ruined one diet, father in law came to visit and borrow my van. Saw the baking and went crazy tasting everything and left with a bag'o'cookies, when he came back he left with another bag! Had to go to sleep that night knowing that my curse of awesome baking had wrecked yet another person's diet, feels bad! Thank god he didnt see the cinnamon rolls/buns in the freezer atleast.

There should be an import option so you can get all your favorites from IE and put them on Firefox. Go into bookmarks and look around for import/export.

Chrome will also have this.

I don't have a problem with the newer IE's other than the fact that they have almost zero extensions. It's actually one of the best if not the best performing browser but I don't use it because I use quite a few addons.

Does anyone have any personal experience with Brown rice vs White rice?

I can eat 500-600 grams of white rice (cooked) before I get full. Does Brown rice get you full noticeably quicker. I think I need some. ;_;
