Here is the thing though, it doesn't matter.

Bodybuilding is about how your physique looks, not your bodystats. You can have a better physique then OP at 5'4" 135 lbs. ( Atleast in pictures probably not IRL. ) If OP is 6'2" 230 lbs it just means that he needs to be very heavy to have a good physique even when shredded.


The only people who care about stats are tall dreamer bulkers who think that bulking to 250 lbs when they're 6 foot tall is a good idea when they're already 20+ % bodyfat.


The stats that actually matter in bodybuilding is proportions.
