Do women bulk to become milfs?

Do women that are tone (not huge) also bulk? If not, what guide do they use? they do easy aerobics or do they have to work their ass off? What I'm asking is that if they wish to become tone would they need to bulk like guys or take a different approach?

Most of the fit women you see in the gym don't bulk but have a well balanced diet and workout making themselves toned. As not many women are toned, it makes the ones that do look even better.

They don't have big muscles, therefore they have no need of a bulk. They're just toned. Like the kid who lifts for 2 years but doesn't eat enough stays the same weight but gets ripped lol.

i suppose they would bulk like everyone else to add muscle

    bulk cut cycles maybe

but they dont get the male bulky look because of lower test. level and higher estrogen levels

Thanks, I was wondering how the few toned women transformed, And since dudes need to bulk and then cut to get toned (and bigger) I thought some women might have used the same approach.

I have a friend at my university who is going to do a bodybuilding competition in a few months. Her and her husband do some similar things with weightlifting and she does bulk and cut while sticking to a strict diet.
