I want to do one next year. I finally bulked up to 200 pounds (5'7 frame) and I have enjoyed every pound gained (started around 155 in Jan.). I need to work on posing and just preparing myself for a show, so yes next year would be great. Also I never been to a show before and wanted to check out how everything runs. 2003 N.C. State Jr. Championships
hi, does anyone out there know where i can find pics from the 2003 N.C. State Jr. Championships? in particular, i am looking for pics of Tomica Brown, a very lovely and talented young lady who participated in that event. i tried getting the pics from the qrelite website, but apparently that link is now dead.

Looking for Experienced Bodybuilder
Workout in the Raleigh area. I am looking to compete around July next year and could use some advice or occasionally workout with someone that is competing or planning to compete.
