    lol

thanks man, i was actually surprised how strong i was. all the back work i have been doing is really paying off in the form of a much stronger deadlift.

perhaps all those goodmornings and romanians helped too

EDIT: my strength is going to be through the roof on this cycle lol, being this strong on deadlifts on the second day of m-drol in before 700 for more reps than ever before

505 for reps is sick. Btw, benedikt pulled 575x22 which makes your lift even more impressive since you're so damn close.

Thanks for the deadlift tips! If you can comment on my form that would be awesome, anyone please chime in!

Babyslayer is a genetic freak with tons of dedication and knowledge about lifting, and is not to be taken lightly...

but please do not compare that lift to Benedict f*cking Magnusson.

All the reps were partials and it was 70 lbs lighter. With real form and ditching the straps he'd probably be able to do half as many reps...which is still insane, but let's not get carried away here.

improve your ham/lat strength, goodmornings and barbell rows, form could be better but it would probably fix its self if you got those muscles stronger

i have never done very high intensity cardio, other than getting my heart rate up around 200 from training, so i couldnt tell you

bt everyone says low intensity to burn fat, so i do that

    Hey babyslayer.

What do you do when you have multiple heavy working sets and your mind gives up on you before you finish all your sets?

i take long rests, and mentally prepare for the workout for days leading up to it, prep my mp3 player with some battle theme music, and go at it like im going to war and its life or death

the way i see it we have 2 sides to us, a side that doesnt want to experience pain or effort, and a side that hates that pathetic weak side. get angry at the weak side, and punish it

Fully agree with what you said, I wrote this lil note about overtraining:
    http://forums.musculardevelopment.co...=1#post2654094
    Post #43

Some thoughts about the actual video itself though:
1.Try and maintain eye contact and keep your head from swaying. It's not necessarily a bad thing to look away and refocus, but if you keep your eyes "locked" away from the camera it can deter from what you are saying.
    2. If you're uncomfortable talking in front of the camera, what you can do is just use pictures or clips to coincide with whatever you're talking about and during the moments you feel like you're really "connecting" cut back to you.
3.You had good facial expressions, you emote well with your face.
4.You articulated yourself very well, something that may help is laying out what you want to say in a word document before hand. Not a word for word, but more so a guide or just a layout of what you want to cover.
    5.Your voice flowed very well.

The biggest thing was the eye contact and displaying that confidence in what you're saying with your eyes/head, other than that you made great points and shared what I think is a very true concept.
