This is for all the people who say they can't do it, because you can just train hard, diet harder, and never lose sight of your goal. If I can do it anybody can. Now get up and get active! I know this might no be that great of a transformation for 9 months but I am happy with my progress and thought I would share. I am also competing on august 11th this year. The first photo is from july 23, 2011(started lifting in september of 2011) and the other 3 are from mid may.

SpanoJukes, I have one questions.
I was at 210 pounds and maybe 30% bodyfat, I kind of looked like you .
Still fighting this diet like crazy. In 3 months, I've dropped 31 pounds. Currently at 179 but I still have all of the "flab" and fat mostly around my abdominal region. Did you do ab exercise's? If so, please let me know. Losing this flab feels almost impossible.
What kind of supplements were you taking and what was your workout/diet plan like?
Damn good job man.

Again thanks so much guys it really means a lot to me since I will be competing in about 6 weeks and I am training until I pass out right now practically. But for supplements my stack looks like this:
Cutting:
Isoflex
CLA's
Omega 3's
VPX Shotgun
Vitaform(allmax multi)
Green tea extract
Casein
Right now only difference is elite 7 fusion instead of isoflex and I added L-Carnitine
My diet was a 500 calorie deficit 2000 calories daily with 200g protien 200g carb 45g fat. I was doing a 5 day split with 25-30 mins of treadmill every other day. I was doing as follow:
Monday- Back/cardio
Tuesday-Biceps/triceps/abs
Wednesday-Chest/cardio
Thursday- Shoulder/abs
Friday- Legs/cardio
Sat/Sun-rest
