Sleep: 7- 8
Hydration: 39
*Hydration has been running a little low this week I really need to fix that. Most people don't realize this but you really need to be well hydrated a few days before a long ride or really heavy training day. For example if you have a race coming up or something similar it's really important to start hydrating a few days before hand. I have a super long training weekend coming up so not being well hydrated is not a good thing.

I used the cherry limeade and I gave this product a pretty high rating, I actually gave it a nine which is damn good exp coming from a supplement junkie. I was very happy with it and it's def a product I will in my supplement arsenal. I really like the fact that it had fiber & green tea in it. I thought it was all very well balanced. I liked the energy it gave it, I love the fact that it wasn't over powered! So I I got steadier energy boost as opposed to a super jolt followed an irritating crash later on.. good energy with no crash! I also thought it was a great appetite suppressant. As for the taste I thought it was decent. It is a supplement but it was very drinkable. I personally liked the fact that in the mornings I could just drop in my whey shake with some fruit and be out the door to the gym quickly.

I def think it has great appeal for athletes. The fact that you can mix it and drink through out a workout is helpful for longer training sessions. I had no stomach distress at all while using it.
I do plan keeping in my stock of supplements. For me the fact that I can mix it my shakes was huge bonus, I really like that about it. It was completely drinkable. I'm gonna say it it's yummy yummy..lol it's a supplement and ya except a bit supplement flavor. It's just not realistic not to. I mixed it with a little fruit and whey and it was barely noticeable.

NP. I enjoyed it. Thanks for the opportunity.
Some of the guys in my camp are using now it to. I think they got the orange. One of the guys is using it on a cut so I'm watching him to see how it works for weightloss. I gotta think it'll be great for that.
I did actually drop a bit of weight while I was using it, but I was also sick for a week so I couldn't really say which contributed to the weightless unfortunately.
