Hydroxycut SX-7

I got Hydroxycut SX-7 to give it a try for free. I believe this stuff is not out yet. I was really surprised when I received it. I was going to try it out for a week or so and give initial thoughts, but decided that I need to shred this cut that I have gotten in the last few months and put SX-7 to the test. I started a few days ago, and weighed myself and was caught off guard with my weight being 228lbs. I haven't been this heavy in a few years.

Friday was first day, according to the directions you take 1 pill before your biggest meal for the first 3 days, and after that take 1 pill before your biggest 2 meals. The first time i took it, was before lunch. I ate breakfast, and a few hours later decided to take it before lunch. I can tell you this stuff on the first day started to work immediately. I had to force myself to eat lunch because of the lack of appetite. The next two days were the same except I took it before breakfast, I did notice the lack of appetite like the first day.

Today I took 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch. Lack of appetite not as strong but still an aid.

My workouts on SX-7 will be Focus 25 (Insanity) and weights. Want to shred this gut as much and fast as possible.

Last couple of days have been great, still taking SX-7 in the morning and before lunch, No side effects at all. Feel energized too most of the day. Focus is there for me too. Tomorrow is weigh in too. Will post again tomorrow to tell what my weight is for the first week.

Weighed in this morning at 224. Probably a lot of water weight in the last week. I will post pics next Thursday to show if any physical changes can show. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Also no side effects at all for me.

I havent went to two caps yet, i have felt that just doing the 1 cap twice a day is working well so far. Really enjoying so far,

Really sorry for not updating, I got really sick last month and had to get off of them. It wasn't because of the Hydroxycut SX-7, just the crap that has been going around. I like to apologized and sorry for the wasted thread. I will be back to give it a go soon.

I started to retake it about 2 weeks ago and will post update pics from when I started until now which would be on Saturdays. It has been going well so far and still recommend it to anyone. But I will let you decide that with my updates. Thanks for asking though.

So I started taking this about a month ago and it's definitely one of the better hydroxy supplements that I've taken.
In the month I've been taking it I dropped 4 lbs in water weight and 2 lbs of fat which is amazing because I was rather small to begin with weighing only 134. The thermogenic properties are amazing, you do need to make sure that you drink a lot of water throughout the day though. What I like about this supplement is that there are additives that increase focus and sensory experiences. I've noticed that I am able to focus a lot better throughout the day. I haven't had any real side effects, the only thing I noticed is I'm a bit jittery after I take the first dose. It only lasts about an hour but I think it might be attributed to the amount of caffeine in them.

Long story short these are highly recommended.

Sorry guys for the lack of updates, I have just been really busy with some personal stuff. Here is some pics from when I first started up the SX-7 again about 3 weeks ago and pics from this morning. I must say I let myself go for the last few months and am pretty ashamed what has happen. But the best part is that you can always change the way you look so I am ready. I started the 12 week bodybuilding challenge at the same time to give some more motivation to me. I will keep posting as much as possible. I have had some good results with SX-7 so far and feel that it is a great aid to proper diet and workouts. You can see I gain weight really easy.





I have about 7 weeks left on the challenge and would like to get back down to where I was about the beginning of last year. Also sorry for the different lighting, the beginning photos was taken at night and these are in the morning. Not trying to use lighting to show betting results.

Hi, I wanted to reply to this thread because there really is not a ton of feedback on this product yet. I started my weight loss journey about 2 months ago and started at 178 LBS. Now today I weighed in at 163 Lbs I am 5'7. I think I have done a good job so here is what I have been doing. Let me say I am not a body builder, I go to the gym, and get a decent all around work out with the equipment I know and understand.

6 days a week at the gym, about 1 hour weights and 30-40 min of cardio. I like to do a warm up on the treadmill for 10 min to start.

I take a sx7 pill a few minutes before breakfast. During the day, I get a nice clean focus on things. I can't really say it controls my eating, it may help but I have trained myself that if I want results I need to eat well, usually fruit, oatmeal in the morning. Salads or a turkey sandwich for lunch and a clean homemade dinner... I still eat good
Stuff you just have to watch yourself. I still go out to dinner once a weekend, go to have a cheat day.

I started on the sx7 at about 170 lbs about 3 1/2 weeks ago. 2 pills a day one early and one before my workout. So far lost about 7 lbs but think I could lose more if I didn't lift as much. I have deff put on muscle, which of course you would want. I also drink a protein shake which is GNC iso define it's a more lean protein and I like it so far. Going onto my 3rd bottle.... ( if anyone suggest another protein "leaner" please do so I am still learning )

To conclude hydroxcut sx7 is great. I don't get sick, I get good clean energy and focus and it helps me to not get bored with working out. I feel I have been working out pretty hard nothing crazy but I have certainly put in the effort for the results. Hydroxycut sx7 a great asset to my workout and I will be getting another bottle. No jitters no sickness and if you put the effort in this will be a good aid. I have also added the cellucor amino powder to keep me hydrated for my work outs. So far I like

I tried the GNC amped pill packs for 2 days, they got me sick, my heart wanted to blow up and I was shaking so bad it scared me. This is what caused me to try this stuff and I am happy I did.

Thanks for your thoughts on the product! As far as you possible thinking that you should have lost more so far, I would put a lot more stock in how you look in the mirror. There are a lot of factors that can influence weight such as hydration and or whether you went to the bathroom or not before hand.

Thanks for adding to my thread on the feedback. I have to agree with LLahhsoj when it comes to weight loss. That is why I not putting my weight on Feb 9th and wont until I finish and just want to show the change through pictures.

I hear that it is a more smoother type of energy. I haven't dipped into my bottle yet, probably will in a few months or so.

I ran a bottle of the SX7. It's not as potent as HCE. I'd say its more like it's little sister in the world of stim kick. Its not bad. It may also be easier on the stomach for some users since it doesn't contain forskolin. I think its a good alternative to HCE.

Can't wait to try the powdered version of HCE.
