I had a chicken breast and brussel sprouts with no cals noodles for lunch and for dinner I had a whole chicken bbq pizza it was darn good. I cant wait to be 173 again.

Im recovering from a car accident, rib cage is feeling better today. I might get back to lifting normally next week.

I found this documentary very motivating so I wanted to share, maybe some of you saw it cause it was posted on the forum recently

I ordered myself some d aspartic acid to help me through my cut. Ive seen people use it for 2 weeks with one week off and repeat. So im going to see how it works.

No. I had surgery on the skin in my throat a couple years ago and it seemed to get better after everything healed up but I must have some similar issues with my throat going on again. Im going to try to continue at 250 calorie deficits daily and get checked out again for the sleep apnea. I already tried the masks and they didnt work for me. Maybe they have new ones out now though.

Sorry to hear that the CPAP mask have not worked for you. I have 2 friends who needs them - without them - they are tired all day because of their sleep Apnea. I hope you find a solution that works for you.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Still room for this challenge ? I'm in if so. Just weighed myself 173lbs at 5'7'' looking to loose alot if possible. I'm IFing cause it really just suits me the best, eating many small meals during the day just makes sad, depressed and miserable. Once cutting I cried every morning because how bad I felt and how bad I wanted to eat. But with IF it just is all so easier and more fun for me and the results are good also (cut 2lbs since last weeks friday).

Weighed in today at 172.2 lbs. Down a pound from last week. I'm going to start tossing in a few more cardio sessions and try dropping another 100 calories a day to see if I can lose 1.5 pounds by next week.

I need to avoid going out and binging on booze and Halloween candy again this weekend. Looking forward to hitting below 170.
