I ordered myself some d aspartic acid to help me through my cut. Ive seen people use it for 2 weeks with one week off and repeat. So im going to see how it works.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Im having issues with my sleep apnea reappearing so im going to have to take a break or stop weight loss all together. This stuff takes so much out of you.

No. I had surgery on the skin in my throat a couple years ago and it seemed to get better after everything healed up but I must have some similar issues with my throat going on again. Im going to try to continue at 250 calorie deficits daily and get checked out again for the sleep apnea. I already tried the masks and they didnt work for me. Maybe they have new ones out now though.

Everyone ready for Halloween madness? Potluck at work that's going to seriously mess with my Nov 1st weigh-in. What's this? cough cough, I feel a cold coming on?
Ah well, we're a health authority, maybe someone will bring something healthy.

Still room for this challenge ? I'm in if so. Just weighed myself 173lbs at 5'7'' looking to loose alot if possible. I'm IFing cause it really just suits me the best, eating many small meals during the day just makes sad, depressed and miserable. Once cutting I cried every morning because how bad I felt and how bad I wanted to eat. But with IF it just is all so easier and more fun for me and the results are good also (cut 2lbs since last weeks friday).

Weighed in today at 172.2 lbs. Down a pound from last week. I'm going to start tossing in a few more cardio sessions and try dropping another 100 calories a day to see if I can lose 1.5 pounds by next week.
I need to avoid going out and binging on booze and Halloween candy again this weekend. Looking forward to hitting below 170.
