THese guys maintain INSANE bf% I agree on that, and yes some of them are juicing.

Going back to my first point, I think you can be MUCH bigger than this guy and be around 10-11% and still look amazing... That was my point really. You dont need JUICE to look like a model.

i have to agree with winterwolf, these models don't look huge (when you compare them to bodybuilders) but these guys have some awesomly maintained physiques. to do that with strict dieting and supplements for the whole year would be possible, but unrealistic.. these guys aren't being tested for usage, they got to do whatever it takes to stay on top

So I've been reading this thread and when it shifted to Winterwolf riding a bicycle I needed to jump in.

I fully understand your goal and I respect that you're open about this and doing it correctly and not just flaunting it, but actually making gains and looking f*ckin sick because of it.

But your post saying that people who haven't hit their genetic limit will hop on a bike, while true, seems kinda stupid. Honestly, wouldn't you wanna push your body as far as it can possibly go before resorting to any kind of help to push it beyond its limitations? Nothing against what you're doing...just a thought.
