Feeling: Another great week feeling like I'm constantly moving forward, I was starting to get tired at the end of the week but that's just because work has been busy.
Date:21st till the 26th of Feb

Motivation
This week's motivation is going to be focused on leg day:

Upped by 10g's in the carbs
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 180g

Feeling: I spoke to Kyle (Webber) about where my head should be at this far out and how I should be training. I realised that there is no point worrying about who else is in my competition and trying to "beat them" because in Bodybuilding I have no idea who I'll be up against so I should just focus on coming in the best that I can be. If I give this 100% it doesn't matter if I come first or last, at least I'll know I gave it everything I have in me.
Okay, so I'm 202 days from my first show. Today marks the day when I up things up a notch.
Expect more updates in this log!!!
Date:26th of Feb till 5th of March
Also with my training, I realised that my focus recently was not really my style and the mindset I was going into each session with wasn't "me". I decided to go back just enjoying the sessions and ended up having so much fun in the gym that this weekend increased all of my lifts. It just goes to show that bodybuilding is 100% mindset.
Weight: 80kg - Regardless of upping calories, weight dropped.
Motivation
The Arnold Classic was my motivation this week! Watched the whole thing regardless of where I was (on my phone haha).
My only comment on the show was that Evan shouldn't have been third, I really thought he was Top 2 material.

Yup.
- Dieted down to get rid of my baby fat (Went from 95 to a current 80kg).
- Reversing out getting my metabolism back up and running.
- Followed by a 20 OR 16 week prep for contest. Can't decide how long I want to prep for yet.
Sorry if I didn't make that clear in the posts previously.
Also, carbs up by 10g and fat by 2gLast edited by TheNaturalEdge; 04-03-2012 at 01:23 AM.
