Gregg Plitt Steroids?

Anyone notice that his arms are nearly as thick as his torso is?

Could be juicin... but keep in mind he is also extremely fit and he does lead an extremely active lifestyle outside of the gym. Isn't he a carpenter among other things?

If he doesn't roid, I'd bet he uses something like clen or ec stack.

He cannot cook. I saw it on the show he was on. The saying is "abs are made in the kitchen".... yet he can't fukkin cook.

is mainly just his genetics, his shape and aesthetics are all due to his genetics

his arms are what 17 inches? Even at 6% thats not unattainable.

IMO he doesnt roid but might use clen to cut.

If he did juice, why would he even tell anyone?

I think his physique is attainable naturally, but it would be ridiculously hard to maintain it, especially with trying to be a model and **** and travelling a lot.

In the world of bodybuilding, NO I do not find his arms to be that huge. Especially for someone his age who has been working out for that long. I'm sure he could be natural. And I never said I was HUGE this isn't a comparison. Go back to the teen misc. When you grow up you might realize that people begin to look smaller.

Looks like he hit the cell tech for a few years, big difference in appearance. First pic looks natural, second pic doesn't.

He said he started when he was in the 6th grade. Thats what 12 years of working out? In 12 years his physique is definately attainable. He was an army ranger which makes him extremely disciplined.

christian boeving has an attainable physique imo but he still juiced. if we didn't know anything about him juicing those who believed he was natty would say hey he's been training since he was 15 so he must be natty. but just cause he juiced doesn't necessarily mean that plitt juices but i'm skeptical cause of how lean plitt is and how long he has to maintain that conditioning. what's this talk about army ranger and discipline. i've read PH logs from people in the military and i've read posts by military personel who were putting off their PH/DS plans until after they got out cause of drug inspection in the military.

if you're gonna call someone out for their age make sure you know what your taking about. He is NOT a bodybuilder, hes a fitness model. completely different goals. 17 inches at 5% is huge. period. Also speaking of growing, your 5'8.

Good food =/= healthy food. Actually most food that is pure clean/healthy tastes very crappy... There is a school of thought that says if food tastes good, spit it out.

Dude runs 25+ miles a week and does a crapload of other activities that burns fat... Its not a stretch to think he could maintain being 190 @ 6'1 year round.
