This isn't true. When the rest of your muscle are engorges with blood because they need oxygen, that leaves less blood to make your penis hard.

Your body is not like a cup where the blood is just handing out in the entire lower half of your body.

I don't have a "leg day" perse but on oly days I do clean and jerks and snatches which are basically front squats and overhead squats then finish it off w/a 5/3/1/3/5 back squats and after that, I usually feel my CNS totally fried. I usually want to eat a steak and sleep but I'll wake up w/a boner.

Those guys are full of ****. Training legs hard makes you want to puke or your legs feel like jello, so humping is really difficult.

You getting a boner from doing kegels may have very well happened. That doesn't mean blood pools in your lower body from doing a leg day, thus getting a boner from the pooling blood.
