Squats and deadlifts help produce more testosterone. I did deads this morning as part of a 5/3/1 workout. Went to work, came home, plowed my wife.

When I was 17, I recall jizzing in my pants from doing dips. Not even trolling. Hasn't happened from training legs, but about half an hour to an hour after training, regardless of bodypart, my ease of arousal increases.
SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

I don't have a "leg day" perse but on oly days I do clean and jerks and snatches which are basically front squats and overhead squats then finish it off w/a 5/3/1/3/5 back squats and after that, I usually feel my CNS totally fried. I usually want to eat a steak and sleep but I'll wake up w/a boner.

You getting a boner from doing kegels may have very well happened. That doesn't mean blood pools in your lower body from doing a leg day, thus getting a boner from the pooling blood.
