if you are old enough to work out in any sort of capacity then you can drink protein shakes. if you are a 12 year old trying to recover after a hockey game you can drink protein.

Protein shakes are food. To make it simple the only difference between eating chicken and drinking a protein shake is the micro nutrient difference and a little macro nutrient difference. If you can eat food you can drink protein shakes.

of course you can! buy a protein that doesnt have added sugar.. other than that doesnt really matter. ON is a good company but so are many others gaspari, dymatize etc.
wanna know what's better? eat a can of tuna after a workout, have some eggs and some meat throughout the day. that will help you get enough protein pretty easilybench: 275

I wouldn't let my 3 year old drink my Gold Standard, but if she was exercising, I wouldn't care. It's just protein, just without all the meat and chit.
