    Rate my body parts

    I started lifting one and a half months ago and gained 15 pounds. All I do is full body workout almost everyday so I haven't really picked specific body parts to train. What body parts need more work and should I start doing a split instead of full body workout?

    Also can someone tell me body fat from these pictures?

    Don't go on a bro split. Stay with full body 3-4x a week, upper/lower twice a week or a l/p/p

    Yes, you shouldn't do full body 6x a week. If you wanna go 6 days a week, do a legs/push/pull/off then repeat split.

    legs = legs. push = chest, shoulders and tris. pull = back, bi's and forearms. You can throw traps in on push or pull day, I like doing them on pull day personally.
