You have Hyperlordosis, and I have it to. It's important being care about this:
- You have to STRETCH the lumbar zone EVERY DAY hardly.
- Give the importance and focus that your abs workout deserves. WORK IT HARD but with technique and awareness.
- Keep a good back posture when you study, work or whatever.

everyone who said "genetics" in this thread is a complete retard.
It's lordosis (or anterior pelvic tilt, call it as you like), I had it, serch for correctional exercises on the internet and strengthen you abs and hamstrings and stretch your hip flexors/quads.getting my protein through a venflon 24/7 so i don't go catabolic crew

I don't have a picture so i can't tell if you're talking about what I think you are but if you are, you have scoliosis just like me. Scoliosis is basically the curvature of the spine. I know lots about it cause mine's so severe they want me to get surgery for it but I won't...PM me if u have any questions.

I used to think I had a curvy back and that it made my stomach push out until I put more mass on. Now it looks normal.

NOT scoliosis.
It's lordosis and it comes with the sticking out stomach from the pelvic tilt he attains from that kind of posture.
RIGHT ONE IS LORDOSIS
THIS IS SCOLIOSIS and has nothing to do with OPie's problem
And if anyone else writes that it's scoliosis I am going to hunt his ass with a shovel.getting my protein through a venflon 24/7 so i don't go catabolic crew
not gonna make it crew
