Fitmom43 and RyouBakua have Con-Cret Resolve! "Your Focus Determines Your Reality"
I am continuing to log my results with what I consider to be the Ultimate Stack, which is “Con-Cret, Beta-Cret and now I am adding Gluta-Tren as my Intra
My Goals have changed slightly. At the beginning of my last journal my strength was down drastically that I thought I would never be able to have any significant improvements for the year. Well with the Con-Cret and Beta-Cret stack I have made some considerable strength gains. Soooooo my goal this year is to hit a 200lb Squat, 200lb DL and 150lb Bench!!!
I am enjoying the changes I see in my body from week to week. Still have a long way to go, but who is ever truly happy with what they see
Plus I am so excited to be partnering up with RyouBakua for this log!!!! He is such a great inspiration and motivates the hell out of everyone. So you know this journal will be EXCITING with a little bit of everything thrown in!!!!!!

Its a real pleasure to be teamed with my friend and fellow rep Fitmom.

LOL we only continue to get better with each consecutive log
My favorite is Lemon Lime and Pineapple. Mix them together Con-cret Lemon Lime and Beta Cret Pineapple with ice cold water and it's like a tropical drink!!!!!
When I mix it up tonight I will take some pics for your viewing pleasure
