just noticed that. twice a week.... my shoulders always felt blasted from hitting press then benchpress on 2 different days. couldnt imagine pressing twice a week and making any gains. great work.
i havent seen you post anything about it but is benchpress coming back into the mix or are you still having issues with it?

And close grip bench .. is that with same bar as normal and how close . bout shoulder width?
Also you should superset skull with lying extensions - lower weight and do 8 x skulls then without stopping staright into lying extensions.
Then if ya keen add in CGBP for 3way tricep killer on EZ bar.

Not quite I don't think. I'm benching now with flared elbows and a flatter back, more BB style, but it doesn't hurt my shoulder. That's most important.
Yes you did inspire me to hit a PR. I get the DBs up by cleaning them into place. I have a hard time kicking them up for a shoulder press. Yeah first and last reps are always toughest with DBs.
The CGBP grip is with my index finger on the smooth part of the bar, so slightly narrower than shoulder width.
Not doing supersets right now due to incorporating FST-7.
Thanks Hayden. Not doing IF at the moment. Too hard to get the calories in on a bulk. Great for cutting though!

I've been trying out blood starving for my upper body FST work where I pretty much hold my arms over my heart and prevent adequate blood flow during rest time and then hit it again. lets be reality.... you're only getting stronger because of my programming.
I'm intentionally overtraining right now as part of an experimental LIME routine. 3 times a weeks squat/ 3 times a week deadlift/ 3 times a week bench/ 2 times a week press/ 2-3 times a week front squat. Not sure I am overtraining enough though.
