Hey guys my personal goal is to get 5 kg of muscles more ang to have body fat around 7 percent so is it okay for me to train 1 hour cardio and one hour of lifting every day 6 days a week

thats an unnecessary ammount of excercise. You can already see your abs in your pic I wouldnt even recommend trying to lose fat, you could do it, but it would be much easier to build muscle at your current body fat.
Are you a beginner? If so do a routine like Rippetoe's starting strength. Eat at like a 500 calorie surplus (google online calorie calculator, calculate your maitenance, and eat at like 500 cals above that).
You can gain a lot more than 5kg of muscle if you want, you could gain 15kg.

Hmm, well imo 2 days cardio a week is enough..aslong as you hit it hard! Most important is your diet. Less calories a day, but keep the protein intake good. I'd suggest a bulking cycle first though, then when your happy with your size go on a cutting diet and be shredded as fuark. During your bulk you'll get abit fat and bigger in general, but its all worth it in the end!
