Im thinking about starting to take protein and have some old muscle milk that expired in April of last year. Is it still good or should I just stop being cheap and buy some new stuff?

Yes, it does. I bought some protein that was OBVIOUSLY expired. Well it was only obvious until I got another bag of it, because I had never had it before. But If it tastes REALLY bad, I mean just God awful, you feel like you want to throw up and it completely ruins your appetite, then it is spoiled I finished the whole bag of spoiled protein though ( I just thought it sucked at the time) and I didn't notice really and bad effects except it just tasted really bad.
But muscle milk is pretty good from what i've had, so if it tastes bad, yes it is definitely expired. But I've never had a bag that I have had long enough to expire.**everyday hustlin crew**

If it's stored with the lid on in a dry area that doesn't isn't experience radical temperatures I would suggest it be fine.
