My daily diet consists of a bowl of porridge, 2 kiwis, 2 bananas for breakfast, whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce for lunch, 2 chicken fillets/ 2 pieces of fish/ piece of steak, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower for dinner, 2 slices of whole grain bread with 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg for supper. I am 6 foot, 176 lbs, slim build and dont want to get really big, just lean. The recommendation on the protein is for 1 gram per lb with would be 176 grams for me. Does this apply for lean muscle as well as bulking up? Also any feedback on my diet would be greatly appreciated
