New to the site..new to working out..looking for advice on the best "all in one full body workout" equipment/machine..dont have time for the gym but want as much of it as i need and can fit in a decent sized space..12x12 approx...trrying to build chest, arms, shoulders and calves...also work on ab definition...any help/advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks
