    best piece of home equipment

    New to the site..new to working out..looking for advice on the best "all in one full body workout" equipment/machine..dont have time for the gym but want as much of it as i need and can fit in a decent sized space..12x12 approx...trrying to build chest, arms, shoulders and calves...also work on ab definition...any help/advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks

    Wow, you really cut to the quick with that post. Best all-in-one workout equipment? Besides jelqing or a unicyle and shakeweight? I wish I knew where to find the answer to that eternal question, friend. Maybe a Bowflex. . . .
    You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
