Agreed.
For just plain energy, caffeine tabs work fine.
For a preworkout, White Flood isn't overly stimmed at one serving.
SAN Fierce Domination would be another great choice: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sa...omination.html

Just lay off all stims for a few weeks. After the first 2 days of withdrawals you'll be surprised at how much natural energy you really have.
Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.
If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

San's ingredients profile looks excellent.
For clean energy: Nootropics like oxiracetam and Aniracetam can give you mental focus boosts (plus improved mental processing/memory etc) without any crash or comedown...
Basic stims like Caffeine can be used with little to no sides/negative effects
And last but not least...certain forms of stimulant have been developed which are much cleaner and less noticeable than traditional stims.
Namely Modafinil (provigil) and Adrafinil (a prodrug to Modafinil)...
These would be best used for extending periods of wakefulness (ie when studying overnight with no sleep, or driving through the night)
On modafinil I can easily function throughout the night and be awake the next day...dat wonder drug yo!
But these aren't the sort of supps you should play around with for preworkout etc/ Furthermore, combining eugeroics with stimulants is a horrible experience for many...plz don't try gooby...Sponsored by SpartanSupps

Fierce Domination has a sweet ass profile. Its a great choice for anyone looking for the first pre and don't want to dabble in some of the newer stims that are being used. Plus your first pre's you don't need the stuff like Craze. WHen I got back into lifting and not knowing jack about supplements we got Black Powder and were in the gym for hours. I thought it was the bees knees.
It would work well for anyone. If he's looking focus based the safest is probably Focus XT. caffeine and some nootropics.02 Operation Enduring Freedom Vet

im pretty torn because something is wrong with me, and im in the process with medical doctors to find out what is, my primary doc said dexaprine was okay my psych doctor said scrap it and last night I was floating off dexaprine then I started getting discomfort and palpatations so I flushed it but the stuff worked well besides those scary things, I could even study better. she doesn't want me taking anything that isn't fda approved but until they diagnose my tiredness im going to try a mild stimulant. something light so im going to research this post and see whats the best choice ill try caffeine pills and green tea and see can I get a jolt, if not ill move on to white flood and things of those nature.
thanks guys
and caffeine pills cause no crash? what about mental focus the dexaprine improved my school work so good I enjoyed it I want that focus back.Trying to make it!!!!
