    3 weeks to get ripped.

    i am going to the beach in about 3 and a half weeks. i am satisfied with my strength and my size, but i need to lose a good bit of body fat. as far as diet and exercises go, what would be the most effective way to get ripped in 3 and a half weeks. i know its a very short period of time, so any kinda advice would be great. thank you.

    i already lift on a regular basis. i was just wondering if there is a way to boost the fat loss. what cardio exercises or diet advice would be great.

    easy, eat less throughout the time period, drink lots of protein shakes, buy a fat loss pill, do 50% cardio and 50% weights every day for 2 weeks, then 100% cardio till you go

    I already told you. A PSMF is going to be the fastest way and you will make some decent progress in that time period. I've used it frequently in the past for just 12 days at a time with a lot of success.

    But seriously. Give us body fat percentages, weight, and a picture if you've got one. Otherwise it'll be impossible to tell you how long it would take for you to get a "beach body."

    For a group of people who (hopefully) understand that cheating defeats the purpose of whatever you're doing, gaming the system seems like an awfully hypocritical practice.

    I follow the cross fit work outs and the Fit 4 You 5 rules of eating. I've been cutting weigh big time and quick. I've been doing this for 3 weeks with noticeable results.

    try Interval Sprinters Training .. at least 4 times a week (don't cheat on the sprints) .. and u may see some improvements.

    PSMF is probably going to be the most effective over a 3 week period! That is assuming you are fairly lean already.

    Im on one at the moment for the final 3 weeks of my cut just to strip off the last bits of fat. Wouldn't recommend doing it for any longer than 3-4 weeks and im doing carb ups once a week aswell. Working well!

    why 3 weeks? when you can do it in 3 hours it's called liposuction lol... but seriously i don't think you can get 'ripped' in just 3 weeks, body re-composition at 3 weeks isn't going to be noticeable if any at all
