I am currently 186 pound stay at home defence man AAA u16. I have only been knocked off my feet twice in 10 games and lead the team in points. Some compare me to zedno chara how hard I check. My question is how much should I eat to get to 200 pounds?

played hockey for 10 years and i was always a small stay at home defence. why do you need to gain so much weight? i say eat more, but healthy, and train very hard. hockey is all speed man so don't get too big haha

ok if anyone wants to help, please feel free to jump in here...
step 1: increase caloric intake by 500-1000
step 2: eat more of the other macro nutrients too (a lot of people do 20-30% of calories from fat, 35-40% from carbs and protein)
step 3: keep a food log (pain in the ass, but do it anyway)
step 4: do less cardio (cardio ***s will jump my **** for this one...)
probably should drop the hot pockets too, if you eat **** you will look and feel like ****.
