I bet the average is around 135, maybe less considering that not many people workout. I bench 200, most kids in my grade that workout max around 140-145, but then again my friend is 15 and reps 250 for 8.
Current/By July(Beginning of summer) - Bench to chest, squat parallel, deadlift no belt or straps.
Bench: 215/250
Squat: ???/315
Deadlift: 390/450

You can't tell me you haven't come across people who are younger and stronger than you? I mean, you are exceptionally strong for your age judging by your lifts, but I'm sure you've seen someone on Youtube or similar beating your lifts.
Everyone's genetics, eating habits, and work ethic are different. I know a 17 year old who is 6" 220. Of course he is stronger than me. There is no direct correlation between age and strength... to a certain extent.Last edited by Johnny_T; 11-11-2010 at 04:04 PM.

i bench 135 at 14 years and most people in my gym class are 15 and like 2 other 14 year olds they all bench about 80-90 with some 200 pounders that bench 100 so idk.
on the freshman football team everyone is benching from 100 to 250 lbs but the ones who lift in the upper hundreds are like 200lbs+ and the kid that benches 250 probably weighs 250 lol...Freak status: to be anounced
"i pick heavy things up and put them down"
"i may live in a van but if i can out bench ,squat, and out deadlift you whos the king?"
