Basically since I started fapping when I was young I haven't gone more than a couple of days without doing it. Not once. I started to hear all the debates on the Misc about whether or not fapping would help or not so i tried it out for myself. I'm over 2 weeks in now and my confidence has boomed like ****in crazy. Walking up to girls in bars or clubs now is nothing and I generally act more dominating in social situations. I can go a lot longer without sleep and my increased energy means I basically don't need coffee any more. Yeah I'm horny as **** all the time but it's completely worth it srs.
