    ^LOL. I don't think there's a "best" exercise for the biceps, but doing curls with a straight bar is very good. It hurts some people's wrists, like mine, but I hear it's very good. I don't do them, cause they hurt my wrists.

    there are so many to choose from. but the basics are preacher curls, standing barbell curls, and alternating db curls. i think those are really the foundation to big biceps. now you can always switch up grips, bars, attachments on machines also to get different types of stimulation. but those are the basic movements for bi's in my opinion.
