That feel, when you date someone for a year, and you hear before you dated, how her ex has slept with way to many people, was immature, and she could never date him again and he's out of her life.. It's a non issue, then you break up and 2 weeks later they're hanging out.
I think I could kill. Maybe it's the 2 1/2 scoops of craze or pump up from dead lifting, but I don't think I've ever felt this before. It's not sad, it's not heartbreak or wanting to cry at all.. It's pure, anger

I just deadlifted, more then I did in my Vegas powerlifting meet for a world record without wrist straps 10 minutes ago. In a national comp.
I know this is the rage, because that's a weight I struggled with my entre life and I'm 10 pounds leaner. I know it won't happen again (I've deadlifted for 5 years, I know my body) that just goes to show me how angry I am. Damn.
Fuark this. I'm going to get more shredded then I ever have before, in my entire life. Fuark her ****gy time non lifting 28 and working at GameStop ****gy self. Fuark. I'm even more motivated then I ever was before.

I've come to the conclusion that women never stop having feelings for their ex's, just laugh when she tries to come back to you. I promise that will feel great.
Ex calls me up whenever she is drunk to tell me how much better I am than her boyfriend who she has been dating for almost a year now, tells me about how all her friends make bitch at her telling her to go back to me. It's honestly a great feel, it's made better that I finally reached a point where I honestly don't love her, and am beginning to not even care about what happens to her.
But sorry for the loss, just smash new ones and you will feel better. Your aesthetic and strong
I weigh about 7 lbs less than I did when I started cutting, seeing a belly when I wore a decently fitting shirt is what made me start cutting again and that's gone, back to it until I can see something resembling abs again.

If you're wanting to improve it, I'd suggest 5/3/1. Unless you have 2 hours once a week (I did it on Sundays) because it was time consuming. It's half of the reason I gave it up for body building. But if you want..
Leg press from 45 pounds all the way up until your 5 rep max, then all the way back down to 45. Then squat. Start with the bar for 10, 95 for 10, 135 for 10. Then do your reps of 5, reps of 3, then 3 singles. Then deadlift the same way. The bar, 95, 135 etc.. And eventually you'll do 3 singles. Then I end the day with 50 pull-ups.
Takes about 2 hours. With rest and everything. The guy (my "master") always said, if you squat, and deadlift ALREADY exhausted. Then when you walk into the gym and ONLY have to deadlift, or ONLY squat, it'll be almost too easy

Well cutters crew, I cut for 6 weeks and lost about 13 pounds (197-184). I'm going to reverse diet back up to maintenance to get my metabolism back to 100%, then i'll maintain for a month. After that I'll cut again with a fresh metabolism to get my real shred on. Sound like a good plan?

You can ask anymore questions if you want. But it's that simple. Just time consuming with working up to your 1rm on squat and deadlifts. Then when your back and forearms are done trying to rep out 40 pull-ups. Again take as long as it does for all 40 (or 50) it gets to the point you can only pump out 2-4 at a time. Lots of time. But some once a week, you'll feel like a bull, especially 2 moths later when you go in and ONLY deadlift to see how you're doing

Ingredients
2 pcs cream dory fillet
salt and pepper
½ cup flour
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
canola oil for frying
For the garlic-mayo dip
¼ cup lite mayo
1 tbsp calamansi/lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic, minced
Directions
Combine flour and parmesan cheese in a plate.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in flour/parmesan cheese mixture
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and fry until golden brown.
For the garlic-mayo dip: just combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
Serve immediately.
in the middle of my 31st week of cutting. re-feed tommorow. so am gud.
that feel after leg day.
