    How to get that V-Line

    I have some what of one but i was wondering how i can focus more on getting that V-line that girls like. I have searched on here and found some things i guess but nothing real specific.

    there are no posts in this section that tell you actual lifts you can do to get this more defined. I have 6% body fat, i can see mine but i want it to be more defined and bigger. I dont get why some of you cant be mature and just simply answer the question and not be a dick

    I dont know about that. I have been doing hanging knee raises the past two months trying to work lower abs, yet it works that region of my body more consistently and I've gained a lot of definition from it. However it could have been tucked into my genetics as well.

    interesting...I did the roman chair (prob the same thing you're talking about) today, and got alot of pump/feeling in my hip flexors...I don't think the adonis belt is really a muscle, just a structure of bones reflected in low body fat. I could be wrong though.

    Work your lower abs. If you have protruding hip bones you're more likely to have genetics for the adonis belt. Place your fingers along your pelvic bone area and flex your abs. You should feel your Adonis belt.

    The Adonis Belt is not ENTIRELY genetics, it can be achieved by hyperthrophy of the Transversus Abdominis muscles - you do that by performing stomach vacuums.
