As I take a breather after the Nov 10th 2012 NGA American Natural Championship Contest I seat here to write a little about my experience. I've always stopped by to read the stories of other members but never really considered starting my own journal... My name is John Torres I'm 20 and began my workouts, as a hobby, four years ago. As the years passed, at this time I had already began my college career in Nutrition and Dietetics, my passion for this "hobby" grew, to the point it was no longer a hobby and it became a sport, my sport... I can now proudly say I am a competitive Bodybuilder.
Attached you will see my first poses as I began my diet process on my own at 207 pounds. Six months after I was at 167 pounds (yellow shorts) before beginning my contest prep with the help of Coach Layne Norton on August 17th, now with the date of Nov 10th in mind.
I'll fast forward to the contest... on Nov 10th the NGA showdown took place in Coral Springs Fl. It was great experience in which I had the opportunity to meet great people and make great friends (S/O to Adam Lalikos and Paul Revelia) while posing my physique in front of fans, friends and family. It was an awesome day, everything I had done and worked for was all worth it. I won my two divisions; Junior and Men's Open Lightweight and got the opportunity of posing in the overall showdown.
Now its off season, hopefully I'll have the time to write more frequently as I grow a bit for my next competition not yet determined. I invite you to follow my progress here and in my ******** page http://********.com/jtorresbodybuilder

nice... still no recipe I see
Here's what I usually make my pancakes with:
150g egg whites
~30g Whey (been using De Novo Max MPS Pumpkin Cheesecake whey... HNNNNG!)
3g cooking Splenda
2g baking powder
50g FF cream cheese
120g canned pumpkin
Blend ingredients in my magic bullet for about a minute, makes roughly 14-16 silver dollar pancakes. Topped them with some low/no-cal spray butter and walden farms. I'll also add PB to the mix if I need some fats. Without PB, it's roughly ~55p / ~20c / 1-2f. I'm already planning on adding some flour or oats to the mix as my carbs get higher during this reverse diet.Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it. ~Plato

Pre heat oven 350 for 10 mins & then I put it at 360 for 40 mins. I tried it today with more flour and just 1 serving of pumpkin it came out better but it did not keep me as full. I also made pancakes in the microwave with the same recipe i will post pictures later, tomorrow I am trying your for sure
