    do anybody get this as well???

    Well, what excercises do you do in your ab workout? I dont get sore intercostals from all of them. Its nothing to worry about. This is akin to asking if your shoulders or tris are sore after a chest workout. Its normal for the most part.

    I do lots of hanging leg raises, old school crunches, scissors etc...
