Question: When you pull do you act like your are leaning back when you pull. Such as your ass is going to fall to the ground but you are standing up.(make sense)

My goal for the lift (keep in mind my form is nowhere near where it needs to be) is....
Pull the slack out of the bar and while doing so pull myself into shape (ass down, everything tight)
Keep a neutral spine and lead with the back of the head while pulling up and back....not just up.
I'm going to hit what I can depending on what time I have. It seems "Life" has happened but I can train around it for now.Better Body Sports

Very pleased with this session. My form on the 370 was good...I wanted it to be a little faster but whatever. My form on the 325 for 6 X 2 was much better this week than last weeks go at 315 for 5 X 2 (Kemal can attest to that)
