My goal for the lift (keep in mind my form is nowhere near where it needs to be) is....

Pull the slack out of the bar and while doing so pull myself into shape (ass down, everything tight)

Keep a neutral spine and lead with the back of the head while pulling up and back....not just up.

I'm going to hit what I can depending on what time I have. It seems "Life" has happened but I can train around it for now.

Very pleased with this session. My form on the 370 was good...I wanted it to be a little faster but whatever. My form on the 325 for 6 X 2 was much better this week than last weeks go at 315 for 5 X 2 (Kemal can attest to that)

Thanks man. I switched wraps back to the Crains for my top set. They don't give anywhere near the pop of the grippers so they make me work a little harder but still give some support.

I was going to reserve comment, but that skiing video posted made it very tough to distinguish your poles from your legs. Perhaps a little labeling to save viewer confusion would be helpful next time.
