If so, how much (per cup)? I tried to google it but kept getting "rice protein" results (as in sites selling protein extracted from rice).
What's the best kind to get? (brown, white etc.)

I'm a big fan of brown rice.
Go to the web site the person above me posted and look at all of the nutrition facts."Once you've taken a few punches and realize you're not made of glass, you don't feel alive unless you're pushing yourself as far as you can go."
Supplements:
Dymatize Whey
Cellucor P6
Cellucor M5
USP Labs Modern BCAAl

Sorry to the OP if you felt I hijacked your post. Oh and im pretty sure using rice as your staple would be a pretty bad idea. For those 5-6g of protein you will be taking in like 45g of carbs. For ~2000 of calories you would be getting 50-60g of protein and 450g of carbs.
Mr. Horse; thats very interesting. Well then white>>>>>brown any day. Fiber and vitamins doesnt sound like it out weighs the taste.
But I am assuming american wheat bread<100% whole wheat bread (nutrciously)? Same with potatoe? Brown/sweet>white?Last edited by NWAli; 04-15-2008 at 07:30 PM.
